A. Navigation Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. B. Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, or the compilation of contact/quote forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message (e.g. Name, Surname, Telephone, Company Name).

C. Cookies and Tracking Systems (Google Analytics 4)

This site uses strictly necessary technical cookies and, subject to user consent, third-party profiling and statistical cookies, in particular Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 allows detailed analysis of user behavior, including pages visited, time spent, and interactions. 3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The User is informed that Digital Mirror uses Artificial Intelligence systems for data processing and to improve the efficiency of the services offered (e.g. preliminary analysis of quote requests, report generation). These processes are supervised by human personnel and do not involve automated decisions that produce legal effects on the data subject without their intervention.

4. Data Transfer (Extra EU)

5. Retention Period

• Contact/quote data: Kept for the time necessary to handle the request and for the subsequent 10 years in case of establishment of a contractual relationship (tax obligations).
• Navigation/analytics data: Kept according to Google Analytics policies (generally 14 months) or until consent is revoked.
